They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and maybe they’re right. Around here, I’m used to writing a thousand words at a time but it never quite looks right until there’s a picture above it.
I’ve been a huge fan of Lightstock ever since I met them at a conference last summer. I’ve used their images for blog posts, site redesigns, and logo projects. I love the high-quality product they provide for designers and bloggers, and I’m grateful for the support they’ve shown me as advertisers here on Redemption Pictures.
We’ve been chatting about some ideas that I’m excited to share with you: Lightstock is partnering with Redemption Pictures to help sponsor the thousands of words you see here, plus we’re going to help you get your eyes/hands on some pictures that are worth at least a thousand words.
I’ll be highlighting some of my favorite images from the Lightstock gallery here from time to time, and also giving you 10 free credits when you sign up for a Lightstock account.
(That’s enough to download two completely free images for your blog/Facebook/Myspace page.)
If you’re already a member and want to get your hands on some free credits, you’re in luck too. I’ll be giving away an additional 20 free credits each to two randomly selected people.
To be entered into the drawing for 10 free credits, just share this blog post on Facebook or Twitter and then leave a comment below.
On Tuesday morning, I’ll randomly select two people from the comments on this post and send them each 10 Lightstock credits. Good luck!
This is a sponsored post in partnership with Lightstock Photo. Download a different free image from Lightstock every week. Make sure you connect with Lightstock on Twitter and Facebook too. Click here to get your free credits when you sign up for a new Lightstock account.
