When have the courage to tell our stories out loud and honestly, magic is born. We feel connected, like we belong to one another. It reminds us that we are not alone.
That's what I love about speaking -- whether it's on a stage with a microphone or gathered with a few friends at a table. I want to create space for vulnerability, for candid questions, for real-life experiences, for us to look at each other and say "I thought I was the only one."
